Dolceacqua and surroundings

A unique place in the world

Dolceacqua not to be missed

The fame of the town is linked to the production of Rossese di Dolceacqua, a ruby red wine with a controlled designation of origin, with a soft and aromatic flavor and whose minimum alcohol content is 12.5 degrees.

Rossese is made from a single grape variety and is produced in a limited number of bottles.

We are waiting for you at Bar California to taste the Rossese of our production, obtained following ancient traditions, but not only: we will offer you a taste of our production of Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil.

For interested guests it is also possible to visit our cellar.

And for those with a sweet tooth, a must taste of the unique and non-reproducible Michette di Dolceacqua, small sweet loaves that are as soft as they are delicate.
